Job Summary

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting Lean initiatives, enhancing productivity, and driving continuous improvement projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing operations, CAD software, and process improvement methodologies, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support efforts to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve key operational performance metrics.
• Drive and promote 5S , Lean, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives.
• Analyze processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain training materials, standard work documents, presentations, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and communicate project updates.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and support engineering and manufacturing improvement projects.
• Assist with projects involving 3D printing technologies and related manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• Mechanical Engineering, Technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Basic to intermediate experience with CAD software (Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and assemblies.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D printing technologies , including machine operation, inputs/outputs, custom M-codes, or ladder logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence positive change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience creating training materials, work instructions, and process documentation.
