If you describe yourself as an enterprise sales person in the HR, Staffing, BPO industry who loves diagnosing and solving business problems, this is an ideal opportunity for you. You've spent years closing enterprise deals. You've built pipelines, hit quotas, and proven you can sell at scale.

Here's What You'll Own:

Your Sales Organization: You build the team. You set the standard. You're not inheriting a mess—you're creating something from the ground up. You hire reps who can hunt. You coach them to close. You hold them accountable. Your team's success is your success, and compensation reflects that.

Your Enterprise Pipeline You own enterprise client acquisition strategy. You design how your team hunts. You're still closing the biggest deals yourself—you're not sitting in meetings all day. You're on calls with C-suite prospects, diagnosing problems, and closing the deals that move the needle. Your reps follow your playbook and your standard.

Your Revenue: Clear targets. Clear metrics. No politics. You hit your number—the team hits theirs. You know exactly what success looks like and exactly how you're tracking. Salesforce is real. Forecasts are real. The pipeline is real. You're measured on results, not activity theater.

You Get to Lead: Real leadership. You're building a team, not managing headcount. You're developing reps, coaching them through complex deals, and creating opportunities for people who perform. You see the impact directly—their growth, their wins, their advancement.

You Get Autonomy: You own enterprise sales strategy and execution. You're not waiting for approval on how to approach the market. You set the direction, hit the targets, and execute. Leadership aligns with you on priorities; you execute with independence.

You Get Measurable Success: No ambiguity. Pipeline is tracked. Quotas are clear. Win rates are known. You can see exactly what's working and what's not. You adjust, improve, and prove impact with data.

You Get to Close: You're not a pure manager—you're still selling. The biggest deals, the toughest negotiations, the high-value relationships. You set the standard for your team by closing them yourself. That keeps you sharp and keeps you credible.

You'll Be Successful If:

  • You've closed enterprise deals and managed a sales team
  • You can design a sales process and coach your team to execute it
  • You're comfortable with Salesforce, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • You think like an owner—you care about long-term team success
  • You're hungry to lead and ready to build an organization
  • You have enterprise sales experience in B2B services (recruiting, HR, BPO, outsourcing, or SaaS preferred)

Your First Year:

30 Days: Assess team, engage key prospects, set the standard

90 Days: Build pipeline, close early wins, document processes, prove the playbook works

12 Months: High-performing team consistently hits targets, predictable pipeline, sustainable growth
