About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide senior leadership and operational oversight for its senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the community, ensuring a high-quality resident experience, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance. This role involves direct management of department leaders, maintaining strong collaboration with other communities, and fostering a culture of warmth, respect, and accountability. The Executive Director will also be involved in sales and marketing to maintain occupancy targets, oversee resident programs and services, and lead quality improvement and safety initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a senior living community, with a working knowledge of the industry. The role requires effective communication, managerial, and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated fiscal and budgetary skills. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, and an advanced degree in a related field is preferred. The candidate must possess California RCFE and Nursing Home Administrator licenses and meet the licensure requirements of the State of CA. The Executive Director will also be involved in governance and external relations, representing the community with various stakeholders and participating in relevant organizations to support the mission and visibility of the campus.
