About the Position
Door County Confectionary is seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join their team during the peak summer-fall season. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fun, and customer-focused environment within one of Wisconsin’s most popular tourist areas.
Positions Available
- Ice Cream / Dippy's (principal)
- Store (Cashier + Customer Service)
Ideal Profile
- Fluent conversational English (mandatory)
- Personality:
- Energetic
- Friendly and charismatic ("bubbly")
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and team work disposition
Compensation
- $16 USD per hour
- ~40 hours weekly guaranteed
Schedule
- Rotating shifts according to operation
- High demand starting from July
Responsibilities
- Cashier duties
- Customer service
- Ice cream preparation and service
- Product stocking and organization
- Pricing and labeling
- Store closing:
- Reports
- Deposits
Location and Rotation
- Fish Creek
- Ephraim
- Possible rotation between stores as needed
