$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking a Travel RN in Orthopedic Surgery to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role offers the opportunity to work on varied cases, including joint replacements and spinal injuries, fostering professional growth. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to orthopedic and spine surgery patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document clinical information accurately in Meditech EMR. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Coordinate patient discharges and ensure the smooth transition of care. Demonstrate flexibility by floating to different units while maintaining high standards of patient care. Adhere to unit policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines. Qualifications: Valid RN license and current state licensure. Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience in Med/Surg or Orthopedics. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Able to perform procedures such as joint replacements and fracture repairs. Strong team player with compassionate approach and flexibility.
