Job Description We are looking for a Production Assembler to help assemble LED high bays. No experience is necessary — we will train you! A top-notch assembler should be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and be a team player. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Location: Conveniently located near the airport and directly on the bus line. Summary of major responsibilities: Using power tools to assemble light fixtures Working with other members of the line or group to assemble products Identifying defective items and handling them according to established procedures Collecting all materials and equipment needed to begin assembly Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Requirements and skills: No experience required — training provided Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small Ability to lift, carry, and move material up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift LUX Core Values - THE P.E.A.K.
