Seeking a dynamic center director motivated by their love for child development, career growth, and a passion for making a positive difference in ECE and the families that we serve to:

• Lead daily operations with warmth and professionalism
• Support and mentor teachers to build a positive team culture
• Maintain strong licensing and compliance standards
• Build relationships with families and the local community
• Conduct tours and support enrollment growth
• Help maintain high staff retention and parent satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Director-qualified under Pennsylvania regulations
• Strong knowledge of DHS/OCDEL regulations
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Strong knowledge of licensing and compliance
• A collaborative leadership style
• Organized, solution-oriented, and growth-minded

Compensation & Benefits

• $65, 000-$85, 000 base salary
• Performance bonus up to $8, 000 annually
