Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for parents and students, addressing inquiries about courses, learning progress, and account access Handle urgent or complex cases with ownership, proactively finding solutions to ensure issues are fully resolved Document issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve user experience Required qualifications Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or education support roles Ability to quickly learn and understand complex processes and product details Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English communication Tech-savvy with experience using multiple communication tools and internal systems
