Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, MS This position is located at the healthcare provider's facility and involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. The nurse will assess and plan patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary team members, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides nursing assessments, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care based on clinical standards and policies.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid RN license in the practice state or valid compact RN license, BLS certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months; preferred bachelor's degree and professional certification.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves integrating evidence-based practices, participating in quality improvement activities, and supporting patient education and discharge planning.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate clinical performance competencies appropriate to the specialty and maintain necessary certifications.
