Referral Coordinator
This is an onsite Referral Coordinator position supporting healthcare referral and authorization activities. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience, strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and good time management.
Job Summary:
The Referral Coordinator will manage inbound calls, initiate referrals and authorizations, and research authorization requests while providing professional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the inbound phone queue
- Initiate referrals and authorizations
- Research authorization requests
- Provide customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Use Micro Suites for daily responsibilities
- Communicate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Work rotating weekends
Work Location: Onsite - Atlanta, GA 30305
Parking Information: Park anywhere except reserved spaces
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Interview Process: To be provided.
