Assembler 1st Shift

Job Summary As an Assembler, you will assemble all heater unit product codes and fabricate necessary components as required per work order, blueprint, and engineering specification. Job Responsibilities Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications. Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units. Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators. Paints product as necessary. Installs and wires thermostats and other options. Fabricates bussing, and solders connections. Tests and adjusts electrical components. Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.
