Overview BOSS – Grandview, Missouri – has an immediate opening for a Heavy Equipment Assembler – Rail Car Movers. This is a skilled position requiring precision, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings. Proficiency with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards are critical. Experience with quality control and troubleshooting assembly issues adds value. Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Assemble heavy equipment components using hand and power tools Ensure quality workmanship and troubleshoot assembly issues Adhere to safety standards and procedures Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience reading technical drawings Proficiency with hand and power tools Experience with quality control and problem solving is a plus Work schedule 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 10 hours per day, occasional work on Fridays Location Grandview, Missouri Job type Full-time Seniority level Entry level Benefits Excellent Benefit Package – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Paid time off, 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
