Shift: M-F, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay: $21.00/hour Seeking a Quality Control Inspector to inspect commercial cooking equipment and ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met. Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment during production and before shipment.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Inspect gas lines, valves, burners, fittings, electrical wiring, controls, and heating components.
- Test equipment for gas leaks, electrical safety, and proper operation.
- Identify defects, document repairs, and generate rejection reports.
- Work with production to resolve quality issues and maintain inspection records.
- Quality control, manufacturing, or commercial equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of gas and electrical systems .
- Experience using electrical meters, gas-leak detectors, pressure gauges, and inspection tools.
- Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Electrical, gas, HVAC, mechanical, or QC experience/certifications a plus.
