We're looking for a creative, collaborative, and high-energy attorney who thrives at the intersection of law and business. This role sits within the Business Law division of Allstate's Law and Regulation department and offers the opportunity to counsel on a wide range of complex commercial agreements by primarily supporting Allstate's non-insurance businesses.

This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who brings strong business acumen and transactional skills, embraces complexity, and enjoys partnering with sales and other cross-functional teams to drive results for multiple business areas.### Key Responsibilities### You will:* Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements—especially those involving the sale of technology, data, or service arrangements.* Provide real-time, business-focused commercial legal advice on complex commercial contracts and in areas such as technology and privacy.* Effectively collaborate across business units, compliance, and legal teams to identify issues, drive solutions, and complete commercial transactions.* Lead development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation.* Anticipate legal issues and offer practical, innovative solutions in fast-paced and dynamic business environments.* Help foster alignment between business goals and legal frameworks in regulated industries.* Navigate ambiguity with confidence and help shape emerging business models and opportunities.* Contribute to a culture of open dialogue and collaborative problem solving across a distributed, virtual team.* This is a remote role with travel required.
