Litigation Partner

PilieroMazza PLLC , a business law firm serving government contractors and large and small private sector commercial clients, is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced litigation Partner to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of experience in private practice, a portable book of business of a minimum of $250,000, and experience servicing litigation matters for themselves or other partners.

PilieroMazza’s nationwide litigation practice focuses heavily on complex commercial and business litigation; government contracts disputes, management- and employer-side labor and employment litigation, including FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, and restrictive covenants; trade secrets misappropriation claims; commercial contract disputes; business torts; construction disputes; government investigations; False Claims Act matters; and real estate disputes. PM’s attorneys practice in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in United States Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals.

Applicants should have a strong work ethic and experience leading a team and supervising associates. The successful candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills. Applications will be accepted from attorneys licensed to practice in any jurisdiction, but Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, California, and Florida bar admissions are of particular interest. Successful candidates must apply for District of Columbia bar admission prior to their first day of employment.
