Allied Adult Day, LLC is launching in Evansville, Indiana, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized, and driven Business Manager to help us establish a strong foundation. This is a newly created position, giving you the unique opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, help develop processes, and grow alongside our company. You will play a vital role in helping our business grow and thrive by: Leading and managing daily office operations. Developing and executing our annual operational plan. Helping achieve revenue, profitability, and growth goals. Providing leadership to departments including: Case Management Staffing Human Resources Client Services Home Care Sales Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring team members. Building lasting relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, and community referral partners. Monitoring department performance and implementing improvements. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations. Bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions that help our organization succeed. We’re Looking For Someone Who... Loves taking initiative and building something from the ground up. Is organized, dependable, and enjoys solving problems. Has excellent leadership and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. Is passionate about serving others and supporting a strong team culture. Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience. Two years of experience in one or more of the following: Medicaid Home & Community-Based Waiver, Veteran Care, Pediatrics, Home Care, Private Duty, or a related healthcare setting. Valid driver's license. As one of the first members of our leadership team, you will help shape our culture, influence how we serve our community, and grow with a company that is just getting started.
