Working Hours / Rota The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, providing consistent, structured scheduling that supports both patient care and professional balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The Medical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of medical care and team performance. This position blends hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring veterinarians, guiding medical protocols, and collaborating with the management team on hospital development and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of clinical experience, a proactive leadership style, and a genuine commitment to fostering professional growth and excellence across the team. Practice Details This progressive, multi-location practice provides comprehensive small animal care supported by modern diagnostic and surgical equipment. Services include preventive wellness, internal medicine, advanced soft-tissue surgery, dental care, and treatment for a range of exotic and small mammal species such as rabbits, rodents, and goats.
