POSITION PURPOSE
The Director Organizational Effectiveness & Employee Engagement provides districtwide leadership for employee evaluation, organizational effectiveness, and engagement systems for central office and other non-campus-based employees outside of Cabinet and Extended Cabinet. The Director leads efforts
