Requirements

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads (phone, text, email)

• Set and confirm high-quality showroom appointments

• Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM tools

• Maintain accurate lead notes and activity tracking

• Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize show and close rates

• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience
