HealthVisionDental401kPaid Time OffHoliday PayPart-Time Associates (24- 29 hours): Paid Time OffHoliday PayWork with an Amazing Team!Possibility for tuition reimbursementRewarding role working with seniorsQualificationsJob Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to use computer for documenting services provided.Shall be fluent in the ability to communicate in the English language, both oral and writtenDemonstrates computer literacy and familiarity with office software, including but not limited to word processing or demonstrate the ability to learn data input.Education: Must have completed the course, as required by State Regulation to administer medication, CPR and First Aide training as mandated by the State employed.Experience: Prior experience providing direct care or the equivalent in training preferred. Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimers disease or other forms of Dementia is preferred.Certificates/Licenses: Current Med Aide or LMNA certification/license or completed required training as dictated by State Regulation. Additionally, must maintain required certification/license and to provide copies of the documentation to the Resident Care Director or designee.Physical Demands: Finger and hand dexterity to handle and manipulate instruments and equipment.Visual and auditory acuity.Must be able to lift a minimum of fifteen (15) lbs. and be able to carry objects.Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit and stand.Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate.Must use good body mechanics.Stamina to make visits to residents throughout the community.Occasional pushing or pulling, assisting of residents weighing (~150 lbs.).Have the ability to occasionally push an occupied wheelchair for a distance of up to 200 feet.Must project a positive attitude towards the service provided.Associate may be subject to potential exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials, and to handling hazardous chemicals (either Category 1 or 2).
