We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks across the North Houston Area, including The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Montgomery, and Willis areas. During this phase, coaches will receive hands‑on training and have the opportunity to demonstrate their coaching ability, reliability, and alignment with our company’s values and coaching philosophy. Upon successful completion of training and a positive performance review, the position will transition to full‑time, including the full‑time pay structure and benefits outlined below.
