Trauma‑Informed Clinical Support for Housing Tenants
DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to work within an integrated care team, coordinating clinical services for tenants in our housing programs. You will develop and monitor Integrated Service Plans, provide case management and mental health support, and collaborate with DESC staff and partner agencies to ensure tenants receive comprehensive care.
