Brand Management Director – OKX (San Jose, CA / New York, NY) About the Opportunity OKX is a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, bringing millions of users access to crypto trading and decentralized applications. Recently launching in the United States, the company seeks an individual to lead brand partnerships and marketing efforts for the Americas region. What You'll Be Doing • Act as the leading voice for brand marketing and partnerships across the Americas, with a primary focus on the United States.

• Partner with regional Growth teams to develop integrated marketing plans that grow the business and help deliver against regional objectives and goals.
• Lead a cross‑functional marketing team—including marketing and product—to develop, plan and execute integrated brand marketing and partnership plans.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for each priority market across the Americas, aligned with global business objectives and local market KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth campaign planning and execution.
• Serve as a thought‑leader for the business and brand across marketing, local market and product teams.
• Lead program and campaign reporting for the priority local markets across the Americas region.

The salary offered depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
