As Cloud Sales Director, you will build the go-to-market motion for neoclouds, serverless inference providers, model-as-a-service platforms, edge networks, and capacity aggregators. You will own this segment from the first customer conversation through production deployment and revenue growth. This is a zero-to-one opportunity with a direct connection to Product, Engineering, Field Applications, and Marketing, and the ability to shape how Tenstorrent reaches a fast-changing cloud market. Who You Are An experienced enterprise cloud seller with a record of building pipeline, developing account strategies, and closing complex opportunities against strategic sales goals. Deeply familiar with neoclouds, cloud consumption models, capacity commitments, and the business drivers shaping AI infrastructure adoption. Technically fluent across modern AI and cloud workloads, including training, inference, data and analytics, HPC, databases, and cloud-native applications, with the ability to engage both architects and executives. A consultative, low-ego builder who can translate technical differentiation into business value, influence without authority, and create momentum in a new market. Experience selling accelerated compute, silicon, AI infrastructure, or open-source software is a plus. What We Need Someone to own the full cloud sales cycle, from discovery and technical evaluation through commercial negotiation, close, workload adoption, and production revenue. Identify the workloads and customer use cases where Tenstorrent can deliver differentiated performance, efficiency, scalability, flexibility, and total cost of ownership. Build and maintain account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity data, using market intelligence and AI-enabled tools to focus effort on the highest-potential accounts. To partner closely with Product, Engineering, Field Applications, Marketing, and internal sales teams to deliver customer-specific solutions and turn successful engagements into a repeatable segment playbook. What You Will Learn How cloud and enterprise customers evaluate and deploy AI workloads on next-generation semiconductor architectures, and what it takes to move workloads from incumbent platforms. How technical insight becomes purchasing decisions, strategic IT plans, capacity commitments, and consumption-based commercial models. To build and scale an enterprise go-to-market motion inside a fast-growing AI semiconductor company. How customer feedback and market intelligence shape product priorities, roadmap decisions, and the economics of AI infrastructure. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
