About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Dental Laboratory Ceramist to join our team. You will craft high-quality, beautiful, and functional dental restorations like crowns and bridges based on dentist prescriptions.What You Will Do
- Read and follow dentist work orders and prescriptions.
- Build, shape, and finish crowns, bridges, and inlays.
- Match shades, apply stains and glazes, and polish restorations.
- Check the fit, bite (occlusion), and contacts before finishing cases.
- Meet lab deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate with team members about case details.
- Keep your workspace clean and follow safety rules.
- Learn new techniques and materials as the lab grows.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal dental technology training or hands-on lab experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and artistic skill.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
