Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Develop personalized treatment plans based on physician directives that include setting measurable goals for rehabilitation.

• Implement treatment programs utilizing a variety of modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to enhance recovery and improve functional outcomes.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously including evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries in accordance with organizational protocols and best practices.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, guiding them in providing optimal patient care and ensuring treatment efficacy.

• Engage with healthcare professionals across disciplines, including physicians and occupational therapists, to collaborate on patient care plans and assessments.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of patients.

Qualifications
