Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical functioning and develop tailored treatment programs in accordance with the physician's orders.
• Create specific, measurable goals for rehabilitation that align with individualized treatment plans and patient capabilities.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and patient education, to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of practice.
• Lead and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to orchestrate a cohesive treatment approach that addresses the diverse needs of our patients.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of interventions, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives and contribute to team meetings with suggestions for improving service delivery and productivity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
