Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy, documenting progress in accordance with regulatory standards, participating in care conferences, and educating residents and families.
