Position Overview As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth movement of products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials efficiently within the warehouse or storage areas Perform essential warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and inventory counting Operate handheld barcode scanners and work within a warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory accuracy Follow the 7S program to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting team members as needed Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial experience Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks Proficiency with handheld scanners and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions (hot or cold environments) Flexibility to work multiple shifts and overtime as necessary, with a readiness to adapt to changing business needs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.25 to $21.75 Multiple shift options to fit your schedule Opportunities to develop and strengthen warehouse skills, including WMS operation and material handling A structured, safety-focused work environment that encourages growth and professionalism Pay Details: $20.25 to $21.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
