Green Insurance Agency is hiring motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a professional sales career with a clear path to six-figure income. We are hiring 4 new advisors in the next 4 weeks.

This role starts with structured training and paid licensing support, then transitions into a client-facing advisor position helping people make confident Medicare coverage decisions. You will work with prospects who requested guidance rather than cold-calling strangers, while developing the skills needed to become a trusted advisor.

During your training phase, you will:

• Learn our client education process and sales system
• Set appointments using warm inbound interest
• Prepare for your Life and Health insurance license (paid by the agency)

After licensing, you will:

• Meet with prospects who requested Medicare guidance
• Present coverage options including Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and ancillary products
• Help clients understand coverage gaps and make confident decisions
• Follow up with active opportunities already in the pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
