What You'll Do:

• Fulfill Orders: Use handheld scanners to pick products by SKU and description
• Quality Check: Inspect items for accuracy, cleanliness, and damage before packing
• Pack with Care: Prepare and package orders professionally and securely
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy and safe workspace-sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
• Label & Ship: Print and apply shipping labels using fulfillment software
• Sort & Ship: Organize packages by carrier and destination
• Stay on Schedule: Meet daily shipping deadlines and support smooth production flow
• Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to solve problems and keep things moving
• Compliance: Follow HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines
• Flexibility: Be ready to take on other duties as needed

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in shipping, order fulfillment, or a related field
• Experience with international shipping
• Background in medical device shipping

Additional Info:

• Location: New Brighton, MN
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday- Friday 6AM-2:30 pm
• Pay: $20/hr
