Salary range:  $40.00+ based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mobile Radiologic Technologist to provide portable X-ray services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic X-ray examinations using portable imaging equipment and conducting EKGs when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-ray examinations using portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and transmit them to radiologists for interpretation.
• Transport and set up portable X-ray equipment at healthcare facilities and other designated locations.
• Perform EKG examinations when required and transmit results to cardiologists for interpretation.
• Complete and submit examination-related paperwork and billing documentation daily.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch, management, healthcare staff, and colleagues.
• Maintain assigned vehicles and imaging equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow applicable patient safety procedures and professional standards.
• Work independently while ensuring timely service and accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Appropriate radiologic technologist certification and state licensure, as applicable to the assigned location.
• Ability to perform mobile imaging services across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate portable imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment and workplace requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push and pull portable X-ray equipment weighing approximately 50–100 pounds.

• Ability to perform physical tasks repeatedly throughout the workday.
