Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national outpatient mental health provider. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Pflugerville area to support our mission of "Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective." Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records in our EMR system for all patient encounters. Qualifications Fully licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or comparable) in the state of Texas. Minimum one year of professional psychotherapy experience. Strong commitment to high‑quality care and a passion for accessible, effective mental health services. Proficiency with an EMR system. Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence‑based treatment modalities.
