Qualifications: LicenseorCertification: CurrentRNlicensureasperstateregulations. CPRcertification. ACLSwithin1yearofhire. Preferred:CRRNcertification. MinimumQualifications: Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience(preferred). Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience(preferred). Inpatientrehabilitationexperience(preferred). Excellentcommunicationskills. Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities. Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformeddecisions. Flexibleavailabilityforweekdays,weekends,andevening/nightshiftsasneeded.
