Territory Sales Manager – Diabetes

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a growing medical device organization focused on improving diabetes management and patient care.

This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing and growing business within physician offices, clinics, and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of sales success, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively manage and grow a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within physician offices and clinics
• Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management solutions and their clinical value
• Drive product adoption and achieve or exceed territory sales goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and local market
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through implementation and ongoing account development
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and drive continued growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Medical sales experience strongly preferred
• Diabetes knowledge or previous experience within the diabetes space is a significant plus
• Experience selling into physician offices, clinics, or healthcare providers preferred
• Strong territory management and business development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
