You will lead the modernization, reliability, security, and scalability of critical engineering platforms supporting thousands of developers worldwide. Working across Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams, you will drive platform innovation, cloud adoption, automation, and AI-powered engineering experiences. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), or related engineering disciplinesDeep expertise administering and architecting enterprise engineering platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Artifactory, Kafka, SonarQube, Coverity, and related developer productivity toolsProven experience designing, implementing, and operating highly available, resilient platforms with strong knowledge of disaster recovery, performance engineering, observability, and capacity planningHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD automation, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), Kubernetes, Linux, networking, identity management, and distributed systemsStrong track record leading security, compliance, access governance, cyber resilience, and platform modernization initiatives while influencing technical strategy across multiple organizationsDesirable RequirementsExperience with AI-driven platform operations, agentic AI solutions, engineering intelligence platforms, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or developer productivity transformation initiativesRelevant certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, security, platform engineering, or related technical domainsCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
