Senior Technical Product Manager

Leading the strategy and development of customer-facing and internal APIs and AI-enabled capabilities, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will manage technical product delivery, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for API and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Lead the API portfolio through all lifecycle stages, from discovery and design to implementation and ongoing management Mentor and develop team members while preparing for future direct people management responsibilities as the team grows Required qualifications Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, product management, business, or a related technical field A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in API, integration, or enterprise software initiatives Strong understanding of the API lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and security Practical knowledge of AI product-development processes and the ability to establish quality controls and workflows Proven ability to lead cross-functional partners and build trusted relationships across various teams
