Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling HVAC maintenance agreements to commercial clients. This is a proactive, field-based sales position focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing service agreements that drive long-term recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial clients through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct on-site evaluations of HVAC systems to assess customer needs
• Develop and present customized maintenance agreements tailored to client goals and budgets
• Negotiate and close maintenance contracts with commercial customers
• Build strong, long-term relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records within CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with service, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, and close deals
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and craft compelling solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and account information
• HVAC or related industry experience preferred but not required
