Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Cardiac Diagnostics Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You will be expected to collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. • Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy.
• Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a thorough, skillful and consistent manner.
• Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care given by health care team members.

Job Requirements

Required

• Associate Of Nursing
• One year of cardiac monitoring experience
• Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• American Heart Association Certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Preferred

• Bachelors Of Nursing
• 12-lead EKG skills
