Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience, advanced skills in CRRT, intubations, and line placements Description: Hospital unit has a total of 32 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Staffing includes RNs, nurse externs, and a free-floating charge RN. The unit is equipped with Philips monitors and Alaris pumps. Documentation is carried out using the Meditech system. Scheduling requirements must align with minimal FTE or contract obligations. Floating policies are in place based on hospital needs. Patient experience is prioritized according to ICARE values. The unit has received multiple Daisy awards and is recognized as a team Daisy award winner. The unit has recently been renovated and features new bedside monitors and equipment in every room.
