Combining MDM implementation experience and leadership. Highlights include 10+ years of experience managing enterprise MDM implementations (customer, product, supplier, locations, employee). Proven track record of setting up and executing MDM programs from the ground up (requirements, target architecture, tool selection, MVP, and roll out). Expertise in networking/telecom/manufacturing industries (a plus). Experience with leading MDM tools, Cloud MDM. Ability to work cross functionally on large, complex challenges and programs. Strong data integration skills and proficiency in managing interdependencies with upstream and downstream applications. Agile methodology proficiency (sprint planning, backlog grooming). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to oversee project execution plans. Strong project management, planning, and financial acumen. Proven ability to work with teams for implementations releases & cutovers.

Responsibilities include communicating progress and escalating key decisions, issues, risks, and helping with cross functional & business alignment, driving consensus and helping with resolving conflicting business needs or asks. Manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion. Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Develop and implement project execution plans and budgets. Monitor and manage risks and interdependencies. Conduct and coordinate data quality tests. Prepare and update status reports. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from project teams, business to stakeholders & sponsors. Ability to lead through influence cross functional teams, requirements, scope to drive forward both the team and program. Ability to manage and facilitate team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals. Ability to work cross functionally on large, complex challenges and programs. Ability to develop a schedule using work-breakdown techniques that lead to a defined critical path. Excellent skill at using Microsoft Project MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Minimum 10-15+ years' experience managing data-related programs.
