Entry‑Level Maintenance Technician Location: Arlington, TX Pay: $18/hour Job Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Assist with basic repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support general facility maintenance as needed. Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment (when required). Requirements Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred but not required. Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Reliable and able to follow safety procedures. Additional Requirements This position supports work on government-related projects.
