Leasing Consultant

Leasing consultants carry the front door of any residential community. They're the first real conversation a prospective resident has with a property, and in a market like Los Angeles County, where competition for qualified tenants is constant, the quality of that conversation determines occupancy. What the Work Looks Like You'll conduct tours, walk prospects through the application process, and handle lease signings. Marketing is part of the job too: PMA expects you to support vacancy promotion through online platforms and social media, not just wait for leads to arrive. This is an in-office, on-site role with one weekend day required each week. That's standard for leasing; weekend traffic is often the heaviest. Compensation runs $19.50 to $23.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with a leasing bonus structure on top: $100 per new lease signed and $50 per renewal. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with an employer contribution, a 401(k) with discretionary company match after one year, short and long-term disability, and a PTO package covering vacation, holidays, and sick time.
