Remote ROI Specialist: HIPAA-Savvy Medical Records
MRO
MRO Corporation is seeking a Remote ROI Specialist to provide remote support for processing Release of Information requests for patient medical records. The role is fully remote, with access to patient data via approved EHR systems and secure delivery methods.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting production goals. Knowledge of HIPAA is preferred, and prior ROI experience is a plus.
