Architect

A mid-sized, full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add an Intermediate Architect to their team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, civil, landscape, and specialty vendors)

• Develop detailed construction documents and technical specifications

• Assist with client communication

• Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Conduct site visits and field observations during construction

• Assist with construction administration related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture

• 5+ years of professional experience

• Ability to jump into construction documents without supervision

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); Revit, SketchUp, Lumion (a plus)

• Applicable projects: commercial, multi-family, single-family, vet clinics, car dealerships

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orland Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
