Healthcare Enterprise Architect

Overview: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements
- Design future-state architectures across application, data, security, integration, and governance domains
- Develop and maintain actionable transformation roadmaps and solution blueprints tailored to healthcare workflows
- Drive integration of Athena EHR with CRM and digital platforms to enhance patient and provider experiences
- Support platform evaluations, tool selection decisions (build vs. buy), and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure solution alignment with organizational goals
- Provide expert guidance on digital health architecture , enterprise automation , and technology modernization
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory frameworks and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH)
- Contribute to the integration and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud , Data Cloud, and Agentforce, where applicable
- Extensive experience with EHR systems - Athena is mandatory
- Strong background in healthcare enterprise architecture and digital transformation
- Proven ability to design architecture across application, data, integration, security, and governance layers
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Understanding of platform evaluation, solution design, and build vs. buy decision-making
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, working effectively across business and technology teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms - Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH)
- Exposure to AI and automation platforms within healthcare environments
- Background in healthcare consulting or leading large-scale transformation programs
