For more information, visit As a PRN Physician Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Lake Buena Vista FL. Clinic hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 30‑minute lunch break provided during shifts Weekend commitment includes at least two Saturday/Sunday shifts per month. Work alongside a collaborative team of 2–3 providers during weekend coverage. Dedicated Charting Blocks Primary focus is acute and same‑day care in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment Limited chronic care responsibilities focused on exacerbations and medication refill needs Great opportunity for providers seeking flexibility while maintaining meaningful patient interaction Pediatric experience in Primary Care setting is preferred What You’ll Do Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation and records Performs other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable) Current NCCPA national certification required Degree from ARC-PA accredited program Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable) Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting Work‑life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
