Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience working in schools, home health, or healthcare settings is highly preferred
• Compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans, incorporating best practices for student success
• Skilled at adapting therapeutic techniques to meet a range of student abilities and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy requirements
• Develop, implement, and periodically update individualized OT plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Provide both direct interventions and consultative support as needed in classroom and home health settings
• Document sessions accurately and maintain ongoing compliance with established protocols
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ overall academic and functional achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a holistic understanding of each student’s developmental progress
