Lead Teller

Position Overview Lead Teller in PNC’s Retail organization, based in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and leading tellers to deliver a unique customer experience while improving financial wellbeing and loyalty. This is a full‑time, in‑office position with no visa sponsorship. Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to ensure consistent, high‑quality service. Process a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives and banking opportunities. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on technology, tools, and resources for managing financial transactions. Communicate clearly, handle transactions accurately, and resolve problems following established procedures. Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new‑hire selection processes. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Experience: 1+ years of related experience; a university degree is not required, but related experience, product knowledge, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
