Customer Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities

The Customer Sales Representative’s responsibility is to execute sales and marketing promotions and support the initiatives and objectives of our clients’ brand strategies. This includes growing sales, establishing and maintaining relationships with targeted customers, and ultimately being a brand ambassador for our clients. Additional responsibilities include:

• Interact one-on-one with customers to help guide them in the sales process of new services. Step 1) Greet and Engage Customer, Step 2) Explain Benefits, Step 3) Compare Pricings, and Step 4) Close Sales
• Maintain new and current accounts and ensure that they will develop into long-term relationships
• Deliver the highest level of customer service through effective problem solving and drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect sales data and input into CRM system
• Develop clients’ product knowledge and of the competitors in the marketplace
• Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times

• Associate degree or higher is preferred
